Fault tickets (technical issues requiring engineer time) are charged at £70 per hour after the first hour, billed in half-hour increments.
Most Lite clients with stable environments see minimal fault charges; clients with frequent issues typically benefit from moving to Refyn Complete where helpdesk support is unlimited.

HOW WE THINK ABOUT PRICING.
Pricing is per device, not per user.
Most MSPs price per user because it scales their revenue with your headcount. We price per device because that's what we actually manage. Add a user without a new device - no extra charge.
Security is included, not tiered.
Every RefynIT client receives the full security baseline regardless of which tier they're on. We don't withhold protection behind "premium" plans.
Pro-rated first month.
You only pay for the days you're actually live. If you start mid-month, your first invoice reflects that.
Standard contracts run for 36 months with rolling renewal.
This length reflects the depth of integration involved. Shorter terms are available where commercially appropriate.

Lite includes administrative support as part of your monthly fee - change requests, user provisioning, Microsoft 365 admin, name changes, and standard configuration tasks.
Fault tickets - technical issues requiring engineer troubleshooting - are billed at £70/hour after the first hour, in half-hour increments.
Complete includes everything in Lite plus unlimited fault ticket support as well as 24/7/365 SOC monitoring. For businesses with regular support needs, Complete generally works out more cost-effective and more predictable.
We will always be clear and advise the best suited tier with you. -
Because we don't charge per user for core support. We charge per device, which reflects what we actually monitor and manage. Some clients have users with two devices (laptop & desktop), others have shift workers sharing devices. Per-device pricing is fairer and more predictable.
Per-user pricing does apply to the add-on services (Password Manager, backup, phishing simulation) because those are tied to user accounts rather than devices.

Any endpoint we monitor and manage: workstations (Windows or Mac), laptops, and servers. Mobile phones and tablets don't count toward this.

Pricing tiers automatically adjust above certain device counts. Beyond standard tier breaks, we don't generally discount further - pricing transparency only works if it's the same for everyone. If you're a larger business with specific requirements, get in touch and we'll have an honest conversation about whether RefynIT is the right fit.

We resell Microsoft 365 licensing, Managed Networking equipment through Kaseya, and end-user hardware to managed clients at competitive rates. Specific pricing depends on the model, configuration, and your existing contract.

Cyber Essentials and broader compliance management is offered as a managed service alongside any Lite or Complete contract. Pricing varies by seat count and is quoted at point of enquiry.

Yes. Moving from Lite to Complete (or vice versa) can be done at any contract anniversary, or earlier by mutual agreement.
